Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Caregiver role located in Maine, United States. The Caregiver will provide compassionate in‑home support to clients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and mobility needs. Additional responsibilities include offering companionship, monitoring clients' well‑being, and providing respite care as needed. The Caregiver will work closely with clients and their families to ensure care plans are followed and to promote comfort, dignity, and independence.

Qualifications
  • Experience with daily living assistance tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and housekeeping
  • Knowledge of mobility support, medication management, and caregiving best practices
  • Strong skills in providing companionship and emotional support
  • Effective communication, reliability, and time management skills
  • Ability to work compassionately with older adults and individuals with disabilities
  • Previous caregiving experience is preferred, though not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; caregiving certification is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
