Position Summary
The Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Reporting, Tooling, and Standards analyst is accountable for supporting the comprehensive reporting, monitoring, and standard development activities across the ADUSA strategic portfolio. This includes the business vision, strategy, and operational standards as support to the Business Owner for the PPM tool (Clarity) and the PPM tooling roadmap as the wider PPM tooling ecosystem evolves.
Reporting: The analyst is responsible for supporting the compilation and execution of periodic reporting needs of all ADUSA strategic portfolio programs/projects, and for setting the standards for program/project reporting for the total US business.
Tooling: The analyst ensures all cross-functional stakeholder considerations are gathered, working with the Clarity Platform Owner to provide transparency and priority for the highest business value needs. The analyst collaborates with the Clarity IT Platform Owner to understand and influence the Platform Roadmap to help remove barriers to collecting User Research and developing Personas, and to ensure business readiness for platform enhancements and releases.
This enables the Platform Team to allocate limited resources to the highest-value requests.
Standards: The analyst will support internal projects to enhance day-to-day operations and the technical project/program management maturity of the wider portfolio management team and key stakeholders.
Work Arrangement: Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at core locations and 2 remote days. Core locations include Salisbury, NC;
Quincy, MA; or Scarborough, ME.

Reporting- Set the standard for portfolio reporting and support the manager to identify solutions that streamline and evolve project reporting across the portfolio.
- Support the preparation and delivery of the executive reporting package for the ADUSA Strategic Portfolio to ensure executive oversight and alignment.
- Coordinate with portfolio, project, finance, and other cross-functional partners to enhance reporting and develop actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Support the development of the Clarity tool business vision and enterprise-wide strategy.
- Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure their considerations are collected and prioritized for highest business value.
- Champion the needs of all ADUSA stakeholders and business goals with internal and external teams.
- Proactively assist in removing barriers for business stakeholders.
- Communicate business priorities and ensure understanding and acceptance by all stakeholders.
- Develop relevant business context elements considering external dependencies and key events.
- Participate in key Clarity PI (Program Increment) planning to align the technical roadmap and priorities with ADUSA needs and foster shared ownership between operations and development teams.
- Assist with the verification of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definition and decide when to change an MVP or continue.
- Participate in the release management process focusing on quality, scope, releases, market circumstances, and deployment options.
- Partner with IT on development, testing & implementation plans, and internal communications.
- Support special projects to enhance the maturity of the ADUSA Portfolio team and key stakeholders.
