The Business Systems Analyst IV is a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering highly reliable, scalable, and secure POS and Payments technology solutions that support Retail Operations, Payments, and Finance. This role operates as a technical and functional leader within the team, driving solution design, system integration, and end-to-end delivery across complex platforms.

The analyst partners closely with product owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions while promoting best practices, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

This role supports multiple POS and Payments platforms, including ACI Retail Commerce Server, NCR Connected Payments (OpenEPS, Server

EPS, Common Client, WebEPS), Verifone and Ingenico PIN pads, and estate management solutions.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations. Our core offices include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME and Chicago, IL

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Proven ability to deliver complex technology solutions end-to-end.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within time-based constraints.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with ACI Retail Commerce Server (RCS).

* Experience with NCR Connected Payments (OpenEPS, Server

EPS, WebEPS, Common Client).

* Experience with PIN pad configuration, key management, and estate management tools.

* Experience with POS platforms such as NCR Storeline, Emerald, or Toshiba ACE.

* Experience in Agile and product-based delivery models.

* Familiarity with PCI compliance and payment security standards,

* Experience in modernization or platform migration initiatives.

Salary Range: $92,
