What You’ll Do (Role Overview)
As an Analyst III, Reporting and Analysis, you will shape how data drives decisions across our Distribution & Transportation network. You will unlock insights, influence strategy, and help leaders understand what is happening across the business and what to do next.
Responsibilities- Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities and link insights to broader Distribution & Transportation and Supply Chain strategies.
- Design, create and maintain reporting that is accurate, scalable, and user‑friendly, delivering recurring and ad hoc analysis as required.
- Partner with Distribution & Transportation leadership, Supply Chain teams, IT, and Data Governance to gather and refine reporting requirements and serve as the bridge between data and the business.
- Perform advanced analysis and business modelling to evaluate outcomes, guide decision‑making, and identify process improvements.
- Transform large data sets into clear, compelling narratives and develop presentation‑ready materials for leadership reviews.
- Stay updated on analytics tools, expand reporting, visualization, and modeling capabilities, and champion data‑driven decision‑making.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise on analytics tools, support up‑stream initiatives, projects, and cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, math, statistics or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in analytics, reporting or a data‑driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, experience with large data sets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, etc.), data visualization tools (Power BI, Alteryx, etc.) and proficiency with DAX, Excel formulas.
- SQL experience in Databricks, knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and collaboration abilities.
- Creative, proactive thinker who navigates change and drives continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of supply‑chain, inventory, forecasting or distribution operations is preferred.
- Analytics certifications such as Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate or Power BI certification.
Salary range: $75,040‑112,560, depending on experience.
