ADUSA Procurement supports supply chain services for Ahold Delhaize USA, ensuring product flow from suppliers to the warehouse and maintaining vendor‑to‑warehouse fill rates (VFR), inventory days of supply (DOS), and on‑shelf availability (OSA). The role serves as the primary interface between vendor supply chain partners and brand teams.

• Manage Relex daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to achieve operational service level targets.
• Monitor and ensure timely execution of all planned product allocations.
• Analyze system exceptions to identify root causes.
• Manage inventory to meet DOS, obsolete, and product freshness targets.
• Execute and monitor purchase orders, tracking on‑time and in‑full metrics.
• Consult with Advantage team and Demand Systems Specialists on vendor efficiency programs and enforce adherence.
• Develop plans to address overstocks and leftover sale excess inventory with the Merchandising group.
• Collaborate with suppliers, Quality Control, Supply Chain operations, store divisional operations, and Risk Management to address product availability, freshness, transition issues, recalls, and market withdrawals.
• Stay informed on commodity or other supplier issues that impact category sales, anticipating and acting on supplier issues, seasonal changes, natural disasters, crop conditions, and manufacturing issues to ensure efficient order quantities.
• Provide timely communication to supervisors regarding inventory transactions, issue resolution, and short‑term out‑of‑stocks.
• Collaborate with Forecast Analysts to explain and identify forecast variance, and provide additional information on marketing strategies, special promotions, and anticipated sales influences not captured by system‑driven exception analysis.

  • Eligibility:
    Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
  • Work schedule:
    
    3 in‑person days at one of the core locations (Salisbury, NC; Chicago, IL; Quincy, MA; Carlisle, PA; Scarborough, ME; Hyattsville, MD; Mauldin, SC) and 2 remote days.

$63,440 – $95,160 (final compensation to be determined by qualifications and experience).
