Licensed Forklift Operator (Toyota Reverse Reach) - Start ASAP

Our client, a medical device manufacturer is seeking a Reverse Reach Forklift Operator to start as soon as possible in Scarborough.

Location:

Scarborough, ON (McNicoll & Markham)

Shift: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Pay rate: $20 - 22/hr based on experience

Start date:

As soon as possible

Job duties:

• Responsible for using Toyota Reverse Reach to handle the movement of raw materials into the production areas
• Retrieve and organize totes, pallets, carts, etc. as required.
• Verifies inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigates discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Cleans and maintains supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Must have Reach, scissor lift and working-at-heights licenses
• Must have minimum 3 years of forklift experience in Toyota Reach
• Ability to do heavy lifting up to 50lbs
• Punctuality and reliability are must to have

Additionally, all qualified candidates will need to pass an on-site forklift driving test before starting the position.
