Preweigh Machine Operator in Scarborough, ON.

Leading cosmetics manufacturer in Scarborough is looking for Preweigh Operator to start ASAP!!!

Full-time position, 40hrs/week.

Working location: Scarborough, ON(Sheppard & Brimley)

Day Shift: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Job Duties:

• Inspection of equipment prior to use, prevent discrepancies
• Machine operation and maintenance
• Cutting supplied raw materials and sorting cut raw materials to appropriate batch cages.
• Proactively identify and resolve safety concerns
• Observe and conform to all corporate EH&S guidelines and procedures
• Adhere to established Lockout/Tag out Programs
• Participate in the establishment of annual EH&S objectives
• Maintain clean work environment on the production floor and within the maintenance shop

Job Qualifications

Secondary School or equivalent

Minimum ofone year of experience inmachine operation

• Able to do the heavy lifting

Good mechanical knowledge is an asset

Knowledge of small tools and light assembly

Clean criminal background
