Day Shift Assembler Start ASAP in Scarborough

We are hiring Assembler for leading fitness equipment company in Scarborough.

Shift: 8:30 am-5 pm (Monday to Friday) Full time, 40 hours per week

Location:

Scarborough, ON (McNicoll & Markham)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble various pieces of fitness equipment for packaging.
• Ensure all equipment is in good condition when assembling.
• Package various fitness equipment models for shipping.
• Update the inventory data by using Word and Excel
• Responsible for maintaining workplace organization and housekeeping at a high level.
• Inform supervisors on any issues, malfunction or defective parts.
• Lift raw materials, final products, and items packed for shipment manually (up to 40lbs).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Required to wear CSA-approved steel-toed safety shoes

Skills &

Qualifications:

• Good level of oral and written communication in English
• Experience with MS Excel and Word.
• Able to do the heavy lifting up to 40lbs
• Knowledge of machines and tools
• High school graduate or equivalent.
