Working in this high-volume orthopedic setting means exposure to the latest practices in joint revision and trauma surgery. You'll be able to broaden your skills through hands-on use of multiple surgical systems, including the Mako robotic platform and the Hana table, while learning from a highly efficient operating room team. This role is perfect for those looking to strengthen their resume with experience in Level 1 trauma while also learning from leaders in the field.

Schedule:
  • 10- or 12-hour shifts
  • Day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
  • Weekend call rotation: every 4th weekend, 12-hour shifts
  • One overnight call (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) for Trauma
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in high-acuity orthopedic operating rooms, including trauma and total joint revision
  • Proficiency with Stryker, DePuy, Smith & Nephew, Zimmer vendor systems
  • Experience with Mako robotic-assisted procedures and Hana table positioning
  • Strong knowledge of orthopedic instrumentation
  • Adaptable, accountable, team-oriented mindset; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • CNOR certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
  • First scrub complex total joint revision procedures with minimal guidance
  • Assist with polytrauma orthopedic surgeries
  • Support rapid room turnovers and maintain high first case on-time start rates
  • Collaborate within a five-OR specialty team
