As an RN at Pine Point, you will provide high‑quality, person‑centered care while working as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team. You will support residents across both short‑term recovery and long‑term care, using strong clinical judgment, communication, and consistency to make a meaningful impact each day.

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short‑ and long‑term patient goals with interventions put in place as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and continually evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Base Pay: $40.00‑$47.50/hour plus Shift Differential up to $6.50 depending on shift!

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Posted Salary Range: $40.00 - $47.50 /hr.
