Schedule:
Monday - Friday 2p-10p or 10p-6a (Retention Bonus of $7,000!)

Responsibilities
  • Provides compassionate care to residents in the Skilled Nursing (Nursing Home) neighborhood
  • Responds to emergency calls and provides care as needed
  • Communicates changes to resident health or vitals with DON and/or Physician
  • Serves as a positive role model for C.N.A. and other clinical staff members
  • Completes required documentation and ensures compliance with CMS, CDC and Piper Shores standards of care.
Qualifications
  • Current RN or LPN license in Maine
  • CPR certification or ability to become certified
  • Experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care facility preferred.
  • Familiarity with dementia behaviors and ability to effectively communicate with individuals experiencing dementia.
  • Warm and friendly demeanor with a positive approach to interacting with Seniors and co-workers
  • Ability to stand and move for extended period of time, ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently required.
