As the manager of the APP team, this position leads the selection, training, oversight, and ongoing education and development of APP team members. Partners with administrative and physician leaders to foster shared accountability for care team engagement, patient experience, quality, and financial performance within the Ambulatory Cardiology
- Cardiovascular Service Line (CVSL).

Oversee the APP team's performance, ensuring high standards of clinical care and professional development.

• Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Five years clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years progressive leadership experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Understanding of leadership and management principles, strong communication, problem‑solving, time‑management, crisis intervention, multitasking, and handling complex organizational matters.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, clinical staff, and colleagues.
