Monitor patient health and maintain accurate patient records.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
Assist with administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Ensure a safe and clean working environment in compliance with facility policies.
