Registered Nurse

Pine Point Center, a Genesis Health Care facility in Dover, NH, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to short term rehab and long term residents. The RN will assess residents, administer medications and treatments, develop and update individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal health, comfort, and independence. Responsibilities include monitoring changes in condition, documenting in the EHR, educating residents and families, and promoting safety, dignity, and clinical excellence in a supportive, team oriented environment with opportunities for ongoing training and growth.
