Pay: up to $497–$689 gross pay per shift ; equivalent to $41.44 – $57.43 per hour.

• Monitors quality of care, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Implements immediate care plan changes to promote patient safety.
• Serves as a resource for patients, families, and staff.
• Provides direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing ratios.
• Supports daily unit operations and communicates patient care or safety concerns.
• assists with performance management.
• Ensures adequate supplies, equipment functionality, and inventory levels.
• Oversees nursing staff and patient care during assigned shift.

• # Current and valid state RN
• # Minimum of one year staff nurse in an acute care hospital setting;
  Critical Care setting required
