As a Fresh Food Associate on the freezer, cooler, and deli team, you keep shelves stocked, maintain sanitation and temperature control, and provide friendly customer service at the deli counter. Your role supports the efficient operation of our storage areas and enhances the shopping experience for members.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations.
• Keep the freezer, cooler, and deli area in a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready state by cleaning surfaces, monitoring equipment, and disposing of expired or lower‑quality products.
• Pack and display ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers, sign and price merchandise, and zone the area to meet company policies.
• Assist members with locating products, making purchasing decisions, and providing deli items, while resolving any issues or concerns.
• Follow food‑handling policies, operate and maintain refrigeration equipment, and adhere to cold‑chain procedures during stocking.
• Submit required audits, paperwork, logs, and documentation to support inventory accuracy and compliance.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required for the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Valid forklift certification is a plus.

• Previous stocking or customer‑service experience in a grocery environment.
• Knowledge of food‑safety regulations and cold‑chain requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.

Hourly wage range: $20.00 – $28.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
