What You’ll Do
  • Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
  • Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicating with the members of the team, and being flexible to the needs of the business.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of floor, backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Prepare and coordinate cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming meat products according to established standards and maintain product quality.
  • Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology for production, training, and product quality decisions.
  • Maintain operational excellence by ensuring work area compliance with company policies, preserving quality and date control, securing fragile merchandise, eliminating waste, and properly packaging, labeling, and storing products.
  • Advocate for the department and the club, modeling high‑quality service and products, executing basics at the highest level of quality, and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
  • Use policies, data, and resources to prioritize work, collaborate with managers and coworkers, identify priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate progress and improvement opportunities.

Compensation
  • The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete all required job‑related trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
