The Sales Associate at Golf & Ski Warehouse is responsible for promoting and maintaining a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain knowledge of golf and ski products, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements.
• Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of equipment features and benefits, and recommend appropriate golf and ski equipment.
• Educate customers on products and help compare differences to aid decision making.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during in-store experiences.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to meet standards.
• Research merchandise availability via computer databases; requisition merchandise and take stock inventory as needed.
• Once fully trained, identify ways to improve processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Golf knowledge and/or ski knowledge is preferred but not required. We are looking for avid golf or ski enthusiasts; industry experience is not required.

• Ability to stand or move around the store; physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting up to 15 pounds, carrying, walking, and reaching on a frequent basis.
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet, and order processing systems.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including one day on the weekend.
