Role summary

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

What you’ll do

Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers, select products, and pack orders at a fast pace, often handling multiple departments and interrupting in‑store assistance. They dispense orders and engage customers throughout the process. The pace can be intense, especially in evenings, weekends, and holidays, and requires juggling online shopping with in‑store duties.
