Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, inform guests of promotions and loyalty programs;
Promote and support the store's sales initiatives and guest relationships to drive sales and repeat business;
Process guest purchases/returns using the POS system accurately and efficiently;
Assist the Store Manager with training and onboarding of store associates, and monitor performance;
Schedule associates to align with guidelines and ensure coverage for peak times and operations
