Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively with team members, and be flexible to business needs to work in other areas;
Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specifications, plan for future productions, seasonal adjustments, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, inventory management, operate and sanitize equipment;
Be a Techie: utilize handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, assist in production decisions, ordering merchandise, receiving orders, training, and product quality with members in mind;
Be an Owner: drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, provide member service and assist in purchasing decisions;
Be a Talent Ambassador: act as brand advocate, inspire others, and promote a respectful, team-oriented work environment.
