Position: Regional Sales Manager (LEPCO Region) - Exmark

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Achieve sales objectives and maintain strong business relationships with distributors and dealers
  • Collaborate with distributor management to develop effective sales and marketing programs
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews with distributors and prepare annual business plans
  • Facilitate product and sales training meetings for distributor personnel
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and other industry functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum high school diploma required
  • 5+ years of professional experience for RSM I; 8+ years for RSM II, with industry experience strongly preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and mapping software
  • Must reside within the designated territory
