Lead​/Foreman Commercial HVAC Installation Technician

As our Commercial HVAC Installation Technician, you ll enjoy a competitive wage of $40–$50 per hour, a company vehicle, and a fuel card.

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You ll dispatch directly from home to your job site with no need to report to a central location.

In this role, you ll lead on-site teams to install HVAC systems with precision and professionalism. You ll interpret blueprints, coordinate with other trades, and ensure every system is installed to spec—from piping and refrigeration lines to electrical and controls. You ll be the go-to expert on-site, keeping safety top of mind and projects on schedule.

• Valid s driver s license with a clean driving record
• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC
• Current HVAC EPA Universal license

Experience with Service Titan, leadership or management skills, gas and oil licenses, strong complex thinking and collaborative abilities, as well as ductwork experience are preferred.
