• Full-time role with flexible scheduling options, including Monday through Friday shifts
• Install new plumbing systems, diagnose issues, and perform critical repairs to keep homes running smoothly
• Conduct inspections, perform safety checks, and replace components
• Collaborate with customers and office staff to ensure seamless communication
• Manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and problem-solving to keep projects on track
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards

• Current Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and tools
• Ability to use CRM software for estimating and documentation
• Ability to coordinate with office staff and customers
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs regularly (100+ lbs with assistance)
• Ability to perform frequent physical labor
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Ability to support installation teams in customer homes
• Experience working across teams (preferred)
