Journeyman Plumber

Scarborough, ME is seeking a full‑time Journeyman Plumber to perform residential plumbing installations and service work, leading a small team of less experienced tradesmen.

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 or 5 PM

• Competitive wage $30.00–$38.00 per hour plus overtime (1.5× hourly rate)

• Company vehicle provided

• Install, repair, and service residential plumbing systems.
• Lead and mentor a small team of tradesmen.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Interact with customers to provide exceptional service.
• Use technology tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Slack, and Service Titan.

• Valid plumbing license.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to keep workplace clean and organized.
• Willingness to mentor apprentices; apprentices accepted.
• Comfortable using technology in a fast‑paced environment.
