Senior Automation Technician

As a Senior Automation Technician, you may be tasked with any of the following duties:

• Fabrication and assembly of mechanical automation assemblies.
• Advanced problem-solving and solution development.
• Modification, assembly, and wiring of control panels.
• Documentation of updates to mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Customer site visits for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, installation, and repair.
• Keep accurate records of project information, time, and tasks details.
• Adhering to internal and customer safety policies.
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

• 5+ years of experience building or maintaining custom industrial automation equipment
• Pneumatic and electrical system installation and troubleshooting
• Experience with sensors, actuators, VFDs, safety circuits, and industrial I/O
• Basic machining, drilling, tapping, saw, mill, or lathe experience
• Ability to use CAD drawings and make redline/as-built updates
  
  Experience with machine installation and commissioning
