Driver - Not a Bakery

Position Overview

The Driver plays a key role in supporting daily operations by safely and efficiently delivering products from Not a Bakery to various restaurant locations and partners throughout the Portland area. This position ensures that deliveries arrive on time, in excellent condition, and in accordance with company standards.

• Safely transport baked goods, prepared foods, and other items to restaurant locations and partners
• Load and unload products while ensuring items are handled with care and maintained at proper temperatures
• Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely arrivals
• Communicate with kitchen teams and managers regarding delivery timing and any issues that arise
• Verify delivery contents and ensure accuracy of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
• Assist with basic packing, organization, or staging of deliveries when needed
• Adhere to all company safety, sanitation, and food handling standards

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work early mornings and/or flexible delivery schedules
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to follow directions and maintain delivery accuracy
• Familiarity with the Portland area is a plus

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move boxes and deliveries up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable driving for extended periods during deliveries
