Compensation

$50,000 earning potential, plus additional opportunity to earn bonuses and incentives. (Our Tow Service Drivers start at an hourly rate of $20.00; after completing training, full‑time drivers who meet goals earn an average of $47,600 to $58,200 annually.)

AAA Northern New England is looking for passionate and independent individuals to join our team as Roadside Service Drivers. No CDL or prior experience required; AAA provides all the training needed to become a skilled roadside technician and help rescue stranded members.

• Rescue, mount, and tow disabled vehicles using a variety of service and towing vehicles, including wreckers and flatbeds.
• Provide light services such as lockout assistance, battery diagnostics, and tire changes.

• Initial Training:
  Extensive paid training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to perform your duties safely and effectively. Much of our training is in the field with experienced technicians to guide you through your learning process.

  Opportunities to move into supervisory/management or specialized roles in various areas of the Emergency Roadside Service Department.

• Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
