In this role, you’ll be at the center of our day-to-day service activity. You’ll ensure billing is accurate and timely, be a dependable point of contact for customers, and coordinate with vendors so that every job runs smoothly from start to finish. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and anticipate needs will play a major part in keeping our team efficient, our partners aligned, and our customers satisfied.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Manage billing processes including generating invoices, reviewing work orders, and resolving billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate customer and service records within the system
- Coordinate with vendors to schedule services, follow up on outstanding information, and maintain positive working relationships
- Monitor open service requests and ensure timely completion and communication
- Prepare and distribute invoices, statements, and service-related documentation
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently
- Identify opportunities to streamline billing, communication, and vendor coordination processes
- Must have general office experience with a minimum of 2+ years of billing experience.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and open to working in ERP/service management systems
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
