Typical Day / Responsibilities
  • Help clients and build relationships by inspiring confidence as you guide clients through their needs, decisions, and scheduling.
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients as requested and ensure client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with the team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience (preferred)
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and customer service
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer proficiency; ability to use Microsoft Office

Pay Information

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Pay decisions are based on experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefit programs described by the company.

Pay Range
: $11.00 - $27.00 per hour
