Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

$50,000-$80,000 (Salary will be based on experience, higher compensation for prior licensing and title work). Includes: comprehensive benefits, strong PTO, and more.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management services by handling vehicle licensing, title work, and related administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of vehicle title and registration documents, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents; ensure timely processing and filing.
  • Coordinate with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and other relevant agencies to facilitate title transfers and resolve any issues.
  • Stay updated on changes in state regulations and ensure all fleet vehicles are in compliance with licensing and registration requirements.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the fleet management team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of office experience, with a focus on administrative support and document management. Prior licensing and title experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
