The RoleAs Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll be the ultimate gatekeeper and organizational powerhouse—managing my time, priorities, and communications so I can focus on driving strategic growth. This is a high-impact role where you'll act as my right hand, handling everything from calendar management to project coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Ruthlessly manage the CEO's calendar: prioritize high-impact meetings, block focus time, filter requests, and prepare agendas/briefs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact: handle inbound emails, calls, and inquiries; draft responses; and ensure smooth internal/external communication.
- Track and follow up on key projects: chase action items from meetings, coordinate with team members, compile status updates, and help remove blockers.
- Provide operational support: arrange travel/logistics, manage expenses, conduct light research, take meeting notes, and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while building strong relationships across the team.
- 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role (experience supporting executives or in small/growing companies is a plus).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail—you thrive on keeping things structured in a dynamic setting.
- Proactive mindset: anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, calendar apps, and project management software (e.g., Monday, Notion).
- High emotional intelligence, discretion with sensitive information, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Opportunity for growth as the company scales—this role could evolve with added responsibilities and compensation.
If you're organized, proactive, and excited to make a real difference in a growing company, we'd love to hear from you! Apply with your resume and a brief note on why this role fits you.
