Position: Entry-Level Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)

Base pay range

$22.00/yr - $25.00/yr

Pay: $22–$25/Hour - plus full health benefits

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

Hybrid: 2 days remote / 3 days on-site

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to internal teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing shared inboxes.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining accurate digital records and files.
  • Serve as a point of contact for general inquiries via email, sending requests to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets for upper management using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
  • Help maintain organized office workflows and ensure administrative processes run efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 months of administrative, office support, or clerical experience (internships or school-based office experience will be considered) –
    REQUIRED
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
