Division Office Manager – New Home Builders

William Ryan Homes is seeking a highly self‑motivated Division Office Manager to join our team.

Working directly with the Division Manager, this integral administrator is responsible for overseeing and expediting client files from sale through close. The role is central to our busy organization, executing work on behalf of various departments, acting as a company liaison, and managing the home closing phase. Candidates must have at least two years of professional office experience, technological savvy, meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑priority environment.

• Oversee and execute administrative tasks.
• Maintain and manage complex paperwork.
• Coordinate homeowner closings.
• Interact with sellers, title companies, and corporate to ensure timely lot purchases.
• Complete month‑end reporting.
• Review all invoices and utility bills for accuracy and payment.
• Consistently interact with customers and outside vendors.
• Manage office facilities and supplies.
• Perform other duties as needed for success.
