We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented team player to join our in‑house recruiting and administrative team in Schaumburg, IL. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with people, and supporting both recruiting and office operations in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
As a Recruiting & Administrative Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our hiring process and day‑to‑day office functions running smoothly. You’ll support recruiting efforts, assist with onboarding, coordinate interviews, and handle essential administrative tasks that help our team stay efficient and connected. We believe in promoting from within and providing hands‑on training to help you grow both professionally and personally.
What You’ll Do:- Support the recruiting process by coordinating interviews and confirming candidate availability
- Serve as a point of contact for applicants, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork, scheduling, and internal coordination
- Maintain and update applicant and employee records within our systems
- Oversee general administrative tasks to support daily office operations
- Communicate with hiring managers and leadership regarding interview schedules and next steps
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced office environment
- Professional, friendly, and team-focused mindset
- Prior administrative or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
- Able to work onsite full-time in Schaumburg, IL
