Seasonal Operations Clerk

We are seeking students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university to provide administrative and clerical support to our operations areas. This temporary role offers hands‑on experience in a professional office environment while supporting day-to-day operations and departmental projects. The duration of this assignment will be based on business needs. We are able to offer flexible shifts and hours.

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and file organization
• Support team members with daily tasks and departmental needs
• Assist with special projects and assigned tasks
• Maintain accurate records and organized documentation

The is an individual contributor role

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong work ethics and willingness to learn

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
• High school diploma required; some college or relevant experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
