The Patrick Dealer Group is excited to announce an opening for a part-time Receptionist in our Cadillac Sales department. We’re looking for a friendly and professional individual to be the welcoming face of our dealership. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule consisting of two to three shifts a week plus alternating Saturdays.
Evening
Hours:
4:30-8
Saturdays: 9-6
Benefits:- $17.00 per hour paid on a weekly basis.

- Warmly greet sales customers and create a positive first impression.
- Operate a multi-line switchboard telephone system efficiently.
- Process payments (cash, check, or credit card) securely and accurately.
- Provide clerical support to the General Sales Manager as required.
- Answer and screen phone calls, ensuring accurate direction and information.
- Direct customer concerns to the appropriate team member for timely resolution.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office
- A clean driving record is essential.
- Must be at least 18 years old and willing to undergo a drug screening and background check.
