Pay range

This range is provided by The Patrick Dealer Group
. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay: $23.00/hr - $26.00/hr.

Hours:

7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturday; 40 hours a week - Full Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of the tire shop, including workflow, technician assignments, and quality control.
  • Perform tire diagnostics, mounting, balancing, repairs, and alignments according to BMW specifications.
  • Ensure all work meets BMW safety and performance standards.
  • Train, mentor, and support tire technicians to improve efficiency and technical skill.
  • Maintain inventory of tires, tools, and equipment; coordinate with parts department as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair timelines, recommendations, and customer needs.
  • Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of all tire services.
  • Assist with complex or escalated tire-related issues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Uphold dealership policies, safety procedures, and BMW brand standards.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive tire service; dealership or BMW experience preferred.
  • Prior leadership or supervisor experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of tire diagnostics, mounting, balancing, and alignment equipment.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, bending, and use of shop equipment.
  • Ability to work in varying shop conditions.
