Required:

Minimum 1 year

Base pay: $16.00 /hr - $19.00 /hr, based on experience.

• Perform tire mounting, balancing, repairs, and rotations with precision.
• Inspect tire wear and provide recommendations supporting safety and performance.
• Assist with multi-point inspections and basic maintenance services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Uphold Patrick BMW’s high standards for customer care and service excellence.

• At least 1 year of tire technician experience (BMW or dealership experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and passion for doing things the right way.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• A positive, team‑oriented mindset.
