** KEY

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**:
* Implement SEKO Parcel strategy to manage and improve network design (carrier/service mix) to support profitable and scalable parcel growth in the US.
* Build SEKO parcel product offerings (domestic and international) to complement existing air, sea, and CL services.
* Support global ecommerce program to support SEKO Parcel growth internationally.
* Negotiate and manage carrier contracts, SLAs and performance, to ensure service quality, scalability, and cost control.
* Build and manage partnerships with last-mile delivery providers, regional couriers, and postal networks, driving carrier diversification and increased profitability.
* Identify new market opportunities and players to further enhance SEKO Parcel offerings. Partner with sales and account management teams to support ecommerce clients with tailored solutions.
* Implement and manage a volume forecasting and trend reporting system that takes the outputs of carrier performance, analyzes, and allows for volume forecasting and trend reporting that will help to drive network improvements and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with SEKO IT and product teams to improve parcel systems and customer integration experience.
* Present regular performance, spend and profitability reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
* Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
* Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Follow instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in fulfilment of its legislative obligations.

** REQUIREMENTS**:
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex data reports.
* Familiar with statistical analysis techniques and management tools.
* Proven effective experience in a matrix environment.
* Analyze market trends, merchant trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation
* Strong Organizational skills (able to remain organized and effective while traveling or on assignments).
* Effective engagement and relationship skills to influence and execute activities that drive operational improvement.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to communicate both upwards to senior executives and downward to the lowest level of the shop floor.
** EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
** Minimum
* ** Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field
* 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on strategy, operations, and growth.
* 5-7 years’ experience in parcel procurement, contract negotiations, and P&L management
* PC literate. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific applications.
** Preferred
* ** Prior experience scaling a high-growth parcel program.
* Experience in managing cross-border logistics, brokerage and operations.
