Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Compliance Coordinator to join our corporate team!
As a Compliance Coordinator, you must be a motivated team player with excellent technical and business acumen. You will perform projects that not only strengthen the internal control environment of the company but also unlock value by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of company processes, reducing risk, and driving performance and profitability.
Pay, Schedule, and Location- Earn great wages, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package:
Medical, Dental, and Vision - Monday through Friday, 1st shift schedule.
- Assemble and analyze information, prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Plan and perform operational/integrated audits, collaborating with other team members, and focusing on the areas of risk as justified by metrics and data
- Interact with team members at all levels of the business
- Write clear and concise reports that communicate the audit observations, risks and recommendations in a manner articulates the urgency or opportunity for Senior Leadership
- Coordinate work with branch managers, and escalating as necessary to the appropriate parties ensuring completion of audit tasks
- Communicate ongoing compliance issues to Management in a timely manner
- Identify staff and branches in need of additional training. Provide one on one training, as needed
- Audit Branch Compliance to include I-9’s, E-Verify, Onboarding Documents, WOTC, 1095’s and any other required documentation weekly
- Establish ongoing quality assurance by offering company wide training quarterly
