DutiesAnalyze and coordinate the ongoing logistical functions of a firm or organization.
Duties include:
work on the development and optimization of digital products and services; work closely with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the execution of our digital roadmap; develop and execute the strategic vision for digital products and services, aligning with business goals and customer needs; collaborate and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives; create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring that it reflects the strategic priorities of the business;
manage the product development process; collaborate with UX/UI to optimize the user experience, conducting usability testing and iterating on designs as needed; monitor product metrics and analytics to track product performance and make data‑driven decisions; and communicate strategy, roadmap updates, and project status to internal stakeholders, leadership, and external partners.
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Manager‑related occupation. Position requires three (3) years of experience in the following:
- Digital product management
- Product development using agile methodologies, including sprint planning, grooming, and release management
- Agile development and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Web and mobile technologies such as API and web services, content management systems, operating systems, reactive native, and responsive design
- Data analysis using data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics to monitor and measure product performance
- User experience (UX) design
$98,773 – $180,705 per year
