• Supervise the project schedule to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design and budget.
• Implement and enforce on‑site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.
• Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.
• Develop & implement project procedures, management tools, standards, etc. with project team.
• Represent Builtech as the client’s primary on‑site contact.
• Consistent interfacing with owners, subcontractors and architects.
• Daily communication with your project teammates.

• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Embrace and fully protect our Core Values – Trust, Integrity, Humility, Respect, Passion and Courage
• Proficiency in the following software systems: MS Office (including Excel and Project) and Procore
• Leadership skills including self‑awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation and organization
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and push and/or pull 40‑pound loads at the same time
• Must be able to stand, walk and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, or stretching
• Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel when necessary
