Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate all construction activities on site to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively
  • Manage and supervise construction personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans and specifications
  • Ensure all construction activities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes
  • Monitor and control project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status, changes, and risks
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, including local officials, property owners, and other community members
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures, conducting safety meetings, and responding to safety incidents.
