As a Digital Designer, you’ll be at the center of a collaborative, cross‑disciplinary team, crafting engaging and accessible user experiences across a variety of digital platforms. We’re looking for someone who can think creatively, apply UX best practices, and elevate the way our client’s brand connects with its audiences through design.

Position Overview

The Designer, UX/UI crafts engaging, accessible, and user‑centered digital experiences. From websites and landing pages to interactive assets, you’ll design solutions that seamlessly balance creativity, usability, and brand consistency.

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year.

The range is aligned with market rates for Mid‑Senior Digital Designer positions across our hiring locations. While the range is competitive for in‑house and mid‑sized teams, final compensation will be determined based on a candidate’s skills, experience, and the value they bring to the role, with flexibility to recognize unique strengths and expertise.

Location:

  • Schaumburg, IL (3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote)
  • Irving, TX (2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote)
What You’ll Do
  • Design user‑friendly digital assets, including websites, landing pages, and interactive elements.
  • Partner with other creative team members to ensure designs enhance the user journey.
  • Apply accessibility and usability best practices to all design work.
  • Adapt visuals for different audiences, platforms, and environments.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and at a high standard.
  • Explore new design trends, tools, and techniques to elevate user experience.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of professional design experience with a focus on UX/UI and digital design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Skilled at creating wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs.
  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • Able to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive design solutions.
  • Collaborative and confident in presenting design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Comfortable iterating based on feedback, user testing, and data insights.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong layout, typography, and visual design skills.
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
  • Naturally curious and eager to stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Must have agency experience.
  • An online portfolio or portfolio website showcasing UX/UI design work and digital marketing materials is required.
