Join us at Altitude Trampoline Parks as a Cashiers, Court Monitors, and Party Hosts at our new Schaumburg location near Woodfield Mall. We are seeking positive, energetic team players to help us deliver outstanding customer service in a safe, fun, and family-friendly environment.

• Safety Monitoring: Supervise guests on attractions, ensuring safety rules are followed.
• Guest Assistance: Engage with guests, address inquiries, and resolve issues to enhance their experience.
• Maintenance: Keep attractions and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Protocol Adherence: Follow management instructions and safety protocols.
• Flexibility: Adapt to changing tasks to improve guest experience.
• Front Desk Support: Greet guests, assist with check-ins, provide park information, and maintain the front desk area.

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required; training provided.
