Water Billing Clerk (Finance)The Village of Schaumburg is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Water Billing Division.
JOB SUMMARYThis position reports to the Customer Support Supervisor and performs a variety of water billing functions within the water billing division, such as compiling and analyzing meter readings for accurate water billing, providing customer service regarding water billing and water usage issues, and processing activity in the water billing database. In this role, you will need to be capable of working in a team environment and engaging with the public in a helpful and professional manner.
JOBDUTIES
STARTING PAY RATE: $21.82–$24.32 per hour based on a 35-hour workweek. Salary dependent on qualifications. The salary range for this position is $21.82–$31.81. This position is represented by a union; you may refer to the AFSCME collective bargaining agreement available on our website.
