Allfavor Technology, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Estimator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, solving problems, and supporting customers throughout the quoting and order process.

This role combines quoting, data entry, customer communication, and internal coordination with sales and engineering teams.
No PCB industry experience required for the right candidate , we are willing to train motivated individuals with strong office and communication skills.

Day-to-Day

• Prepare customer quotations using company pricing tools and procedures
• Process incoming orders and confirm order details
• Communicate with customers regarding quotes, orders, lead times, and updates
• Review incoming RFQs for completeness and required information
• Coordinate with internal sales, engineering, and production teams
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems
• Respond to phone calls and email inquiries professionally
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills (email, phone, in-person)
• Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and basic math
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Prior estimating, inside sales, customer service, or manufacturing office experience is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year office experience preferred
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Basic math and data entry skills required
