We established Illinois' first outpatient vascular center, performing numerous peripheral vascular interventions. We also pioneered an integrated vein clinic for varicose veins.

We are expanding our cardiovascular and interventional services across Greater Chicago and are seeking a patient-centered, specialized General Cardiologist with a focus on advanced imaging to work mainly in Schaumburg and Oak Park.

Job Highlights

• Full-time General Cardiologist with expertise in advanced echocardiography and CT; structural echo training and interest required.
• Experience in structural imaging guidance for mitral and tricuspid valve procedures preferred.
• Responsibilities include echocardiography, nuclear imaging, TEE, consults, among others.
• Locations:
  Schaumburg and Oak Park.
• Collegial environment with 10 cardiologists and support staff in clinics and hospitals.
• Services include cardiovascular disease management, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, vascular specialties, cardiac imaging, diagnostics, and prevention.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday.
• Shared call responsibilities.
• Compensation includes base salary, bonuses, incentives, with potential for equity and partnership.

Qualifications

• B/C or B/E in Cardiovascular Medicine and Echocardiography.
• Advanced Imaging Fellowship training is a plus.
• Level 3 Echo and Level 2 CT required.
• Completion of US-accredited Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular fellowship programs.
• Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
• Board certification in Nuclear and Cardiac CT is advantageous.
• Must be hardworking, prioritize patient satisfaction and quality.
• Team-oriented, collegial, and patient-centered attitude.
