• Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
• Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind Kid Strong's programs and communicate it with flair.
• Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you’re in a video game with our stellar training programs
• Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class—you're the reason they love Kid Strong!
• Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!
• Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about Kid Strong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.

• Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.
• Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness.

• Passion for Kids: Non‑negotiable. You must love working with children.
• Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking – 11 years old. If you've coached a herd of cats, you're overqualified and also why did you do that?
• Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah.
• Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
• Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR Certified: Or willingness to get it. Safety First!
